Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter softened
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 5 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In your stand mixer, beat the butter at medium-high speed until creamy. Add juice and milk and continue beating until well blended. Slowly add the powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
