Quick & Easy Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. salmon
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lemon thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill. Place salmon on top of lemon slices on a piece of tin foil large enough to fold into a pouch. Sprinkle with dill, top with butter. Fold foil over and seal into a small packet; securing edges.

  2. Grill for 10min or until salmon is perfectly pink and easily flakes.

Recipe Notes

I started with my lemon slices on the bottom of the salmon and then about half way through grilling I moved them up to the tom of the salmon. You can do this as well, or you can leave them on the bottom, or you can start them on the top.
