Ingredients

  • Cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
  • Black beans
  • Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat medium-sized sauce pan on medium-high. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Add tortilla and layer with cheese, chicken & beans followed by another layer of cheese. Top with another tortilla.

  2. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes until melted and heated throughout. Serve with pico de gallo, mashed avocado, and sour cream.
