What I love about this salad is how incredibly fresh it is. There are so many heavy foods that I’ve had in the past, it’s nice to have something nutritional and light for a change. Fresh foods are key for a healthy lifestyle. Stay tuned for my upcoming part three of my “Get Healthy in 2014″ series.
