Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can. 15 oz. stewed Italian tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. bruschetta
  • 4 large chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. To make the red sauce, melt butter in a medium sized saucepan. Add garlic and saute until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add tomatoes and heavy cream. Heat just until simmering.

  2. Transfer to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Return back to stovetop on medium-low heat while you prepare your chicken.

  3. Cook chicken on medium high until no longer pink and juices run clear. To serve, top chicken with red sauce and bruschetta.
