For our 2nd annual Christmas gift exchange with close friends, my friend Beth made these melt-in-your-mouth Sugar Cookies with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting! I love me a good sugar cookie, and seriously, these are to die for! They are buttery, smooth, and perfect! The funny thing I learned when making them was… I don’t own a sifter, rolling pin, or cookie cutters! It’s funny what you realize you don’t have until you need it! Thankfully Beth lives next door and let me borrow her cutters. Neither of us sifted the flour and we each had our own unique way of flattening the dough :0) Decorate with your favorite sprinkles and try to eat just one… I bet you won’t be able to!
