Revel Bars // A delicious combination of oats and chocolate. A great bar recipe to take to any gathering! | Tried and Tasty

I have no idea why these are called Revel Bars. What does that even mean? I don’t know, but what I do know is these are dang good! If you like oatmeal and chocolate – you will like these. Be sure to have somewhere to take them, because you will want to eat the whole pan by yourself (or at least I do!)
