Mmm. Mmm. Good. Period. If you like peanut butter – which I love to use in recipes, you will fall in love with these bars. The problem I found with them however is my inability to stop eating them after just one bar. I’ve learned that I have to share them with friends and neighbors after I’ve made them otherwise I will wind up eating them all myself! They are just like the peanut butter bars you used to get when you were kid at school from the lunch lady.

Recipe Notes
[My 2 Cents]
To prevent cookie from crumbling, make sure they are completely cooled before frosting. Usually bars taste better the 2nd day.
