Do you ever have a sweet tooth and want to curb it with a healthy choice? I you are anything like me, I’ve ALWAYS got a sweet tooth – so finding healthy alternatives is KEY for me. As I was making this it reminded me of my Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt that I made last summer. Ah, how I long for warm weather. That will get you through the summer and this greek yogurt will get you through the colder months. Sounds like a plan to me.
What I love about this Peanut Butter & Greek Yogurt recipe is how velvety smooth the yogurt is but paired with the banana slices and peanuts it is a fantastic combination. I can’t wait to try other variations of this. I’ve already got a few ideas looming around in my head. For now, I leave you with this. A great way to still have something a little sweet without having to worry about the unhealthy consequences. Win/Win!

Does it have to be Greek yogurt ?
Yvonne
No, you’re welcome to use plain regular yogurt if you’ve got that on hand instead.

I loved how simple yet delightful this recipe was. It was very easy to make yet compared to a traditional penutbutter ice cream it is a much healthier choice. Thank you!
