My friend at work has recently been talking about how much she loves these cookies. Honestly, I think the last time I had these was when I very first started working at the credit union and my dear friend Natalie introduced them to me. Her family calls them “gorilla poops”. The name stuck, but the cookie didn’t so much. Until recently I decided to try them out again. I got the recipe from Amanda, made them, and devoured them! Ohmygoodness, talk about mmm… mmm… good! So simple, quick, and chocolatey wonderful!

Oh my gosh! I grew up on these, but haven’t had them in years! I’ll have to make them tomorrow with my little girl. She’ll love them!
