I love to entertain, host parties and organize events. I mostly love planning and preparing the menu of the perfect party food. I equally love all things MINI!!! I mean, who doesn’t right? Lastly, you may or may not know of my obsession with cheese. It’s definitely safe to say I’m a cheese-a-holic. But not just any cheese. It’s got to be the best. Ever tried Boar’s Head? It’s my favorite.
Not only does Boar’s Head cheese taste amazing, the company themselves have a philosophy that aligns directly with my new-found passion for great quality food. Get this, for over 100 years, Boar’s Head has been unwilling to compromise on quality, to cut corners, to put profits before excellence. That’s why all Boar’s Head premium products contain no fillers, no by-products, no artificial colors or flavors, no gluten, and zero grams of trans fat per serving. Hello! All of the yucky things I try to avoid, Boar’s Head keeps out of their products! Woot woo!
So back to these sandwiches, shall we? First of all – how stinking adorable is a mini grilled cheese sandwich? When looking for the perfect cheese I stumbled upon Boar’s Head Chipotle Gouda. I wanted something a little more sophisticated than your plain ‘ole cheddar. It has a phenomenal smokey flavor that is both rich and bold. Paired with your favorite tomato soup ‘shooters’ you’ve got a fabulous hors d’oeuvre that will impress your guests.
Not only does Boar’s Head have a delicious selection of cheese, there’s also an equally tasty variety of meats as well. In fact, they have an ‘All Natural’ line of meat that checks off all kinds of boxes that are important to me: Humanely raised, no MSG or Nitrate or Nitrite is added, No Preservatives, No Artificial Ingredients, No Nonsense!

You betcha, I served them with my Creamless Tomato Soup! It’s delicious – I hope you like it!
This is such a darling idea! Just the right amount for a taste, but not too much to fill you up before the main dish!
