Mini German Pancakes // Tried and Tasty

Mini German Pancakes // German Pancakes are a delicious light, golden crepe and is wonderful served with maple syrup, your favorite fruit preserves, or powdered sugar! These are the mini version of my German Pancake recipe, and they prove that great things can come in small packages! | Tried and Tasty I ran across a blog that had transformed the German Pancakes into a miniature version and immediately fell in love with the idea! Mini? Hello, you know I was all over that :) They were just as easy as the larger version I just evenly divided the batter in 12 muffin tins.
