Ingredients

  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Using your blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. The nuts will turn into a very thick and crumbly paste before eventually starting to release their oils and turn into nut butter.

Recipe Notes

I used my Blendtec Mini Twister Jar and on speed 1 I blended for about 20 seconds to reach the perfect consistency.
