I’m a snacker. For sure. In fact, if I’m not careful I will snack all the day long and then not be hungry for dinner. Tell me I’m not alone. Anyone else out there do this? The problem is I don’t always go for the healthiest options. Typically I’m not prepared and run to the breakroom at work and grab something not only unhealthy, but also expensive (for what it is). That’s why I decided to come up with a go-to list of tried and true snacks  – BUT when it comes to snacks I want the most nutrition I can get, and for me, protein is my #1 priority.

Lets jump into our snack list shall we? I’ve got a whole list of great nutritious options – and with that said, none of them have as much protein as Sargento® String Cheese. I’ll break down the protein per serving for each of these wholesome options. Because Sargento® String Cheese has 8 grams of protein per serving, which I found to be higher than many other snack options, they make for an awesome choice! Eat them alone or with any of the other great options I have for you!
