I’m sharing #SausageFamily in my life as part of a Johnsonville sponsored series for Socialstars™
I love, love, LOVE corndogs! Like LOVE them. Mostly because I’m a lover of hot dogs, but also because I love the crispy cornbread coating that a corndog has. They remind me of my childhood in the fact that anytime we would go to carnivals or fairs I would always want one. Did you know that Johnsonville has corn dogs in their product line? I had no idea until recently! They feature 35% more meat than other corn dogs and are made with 100% premium pork. I suppose you could call them a premium corn dog, if you will.
The nostalgic food is only as good as it’s dipping sauce. Sure. Ketchup and mustard are fine, but why not ‘elevate your dipping sauce? I decided to make a delicious honey mustard to pair with. Not one, not two, but THREE different kinds of mustard! Great for any of your favorite dippables, but especially great with these corndogs. They are available exclusively at Walmart in the frozen food section in two flavors- Beddar with Cheddar and Original Smoked Sausage! Snag some and make this sauce right away… then tell me what you think of them!
