Holiday Dinner Rolls
These Holiday Dinner Rolls practically melt in your mouth and are the perfect compliment for your next Holiday dinner.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 rounded tbsp. butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 rounded tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
- 1/4 c. melted butter cooled, reserved for just before baking
Instructions
-
Add all ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process in dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle (but you really shouldn't have to add more flour).
-
Roll out dough in to a large disk about 1/4-inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter or drinking glass, cut out as many circles as you can.
-
Dip both sides of each roll in melted butter, fold in half and place on silicone-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30-45 mins.
-
Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.
