In my quest to be healthier, I’ve decided to kick the sugar. White sugar that is. So for this yummy Strawberry Lemonade I’ve used honey instead! It’s the perfect replacement that’s all-natural. I don’t know about you, but strawberries are my favorite berries. I could eat them all day long. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks in between. In fact, they make several appearances in my free ebook for 10 Superfoods for Breakfast. Super Fast, Super Easy, & Super Tasty!. Check it out!
Anyone that knows me, knows that I have mad love for Costco. Like ridiculously mad love. Like couldn’t-live-without Costco kind of love. If you are lucky enough to have one in your area, check out their produce and see if they’ve got organic strawberries – I was able to pick up 2 lbs. of the most beautiful fruit for a screaming deal. Why organic? Check out my Clean 15 vs. Filthy 15: When Organic Matters post. You certainly don’t have to buy the organic, but when they are such a good deal – why not?
