Ingredients
  1. 1 c. sliced almonds
  2. 1/2 c. walnuts, roughly chopped
  3. 1/2 c. pecans, roughly chopped
  4. 1/3 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
  5. 1/4 c. raw pumpkin seeds
  6. 1/4 c. raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  7. 1 tsp. salt
  8. 1/4 c. coconut oil, melted
  9. 1/4 c. honey
  10. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine all of your dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the melted coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Evenly coat entire mix. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet and back for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and serve with your favorite flavor The Greek Gods Nonfat Greek Yogurt with Chia Seeds.
