You guys. You are going to love this bean dip. I mean if you’re into that sort of thing. This is easier than seven layer – and I’m not just saying that because there are two less layers… but that does help. The flavors of this combo are out of the world and would be the PERFECT way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. A dip is only as good as the chips you dip in the dip… amiright? Have you tried the Food Should Taste Good Jalapeno with Cheddar Tortilla Chips? Oh my golly if you haven’t you can’t walk, you need to RUN to the store and grab a bag or ten. They are so freaking good! They remind me of another wildly popular (yet extremely unhealthy) nacho cheesy chip that is quite popular. I’ll be the first to tell you these are even BETTER. Yep. I said it. Better. With this five layer dip? Out of this world. You will definitely want to be throwing a party of some sort and not make this when you are alone. You WILL want to eat it all in one sitting. I guarantee it.
Lets talk about the dip shall we? I work with (or worked with rather) an incredibly talented cook who used to always bring the most delicious dishes to our work potlucks. If ever you were perusing the full potluck spread and heard ‘Jane made that’ you would undoubtedly want to make sure to snag some – no matter what it was. She’s that good that everything she makes will be some of the most incredible food you’ll have. So when she would bring this dip I’d go running to wherever it was located as soon as it was set out for everyone to enjoy. Everyone did. There’s just something about starting with a bean dip spread… and the special sauce… and the salsa.. Mmmmm my mouth is watering as we speak. Give it a shot, I bet you’ll love it!
