Coconut Nutella Hot Chocolate // Warm up this winter with a refined-sugar-free, rich & creamy hot chocolate. If you like coconut, you'll love this rich indulgent drink made with all natural ingredients! | Tried and TastyDid you see my Three Ingredient Nutella that I posted last week? If you missed it – I PROMISE you do NOT want to leave without checking it out. Trust. After you give that a look, head over and take a peak at my Classic French Macarons with Homemade Nutella Filling. As I was sipping hot cocoa recently I had the idea that hot chocolate made with my healthier Nutella would be divine! But not just any, it had to be something unique. Insert coconut milk! Pretty darn fun right? It was quite comical trying to name this recipe. I polled my husband and blogging buddy to see which of these would be most enticing: Coco-Nutella Hot Chocolate? Coconutella Hot Chocolate?Coconut-ella Hot Chocolate? You can see my dilemma right? Would you have chosen something other than the title I ended up going with? Anywhoo.. as you’re chilly this weekend, keep this recipe in your back pocket to warm you up. It’s extremely smooth and creamy, rich, and perfectly delicious. I even whipped up some coconut whipping cream to top ‘er off and it was that much better!

So how about the other exciting part of today’s post? I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite blogs for a very special giveaway! I’m giving away some of my FAVORITE things!!! I’ve been excited about this for weeks and it’s finally come to share this with all of you! Let’s break down the sponsors shall we? Last year at the Pinner’s Conference I entered to win a set of holiday cards and guess what? I won them! They were THE most beautiful holiday cards I’ve ever ordered. Pro Digital Photos has graciously offered to give a set away this year to one of my readers! Up to $250 value*! Winner must act fast as Christmas is just around the corner! I must say, I’m quite envious of the winner of this prize.. you will LOVE your cards!

You may notice in many of my traveling photos I’m always equipped with the same bag. Well a couple of years ago I discovered Better Life Bags. They are a company that has the most amazing back story about employing women who have “who have various barriers to employment”. It’s a really awesome story. I purchased my Molly bag and have loved it every day since. I usually pack it with my camera, wristlet wallet, a snack, water, and various souvenirs I pick up along the way! In the print shown on the giveaway entry a winner will receive the exact bag that I LOVE and take everywhere with me!

I’ve been working this year quite a bit with La Terra Fina (you may have seen my Mini Shrimp & Artichoke Appetizer Cups and Artichoke & Jalapeno Cheeseball recipes) and their products are some of my fav! They are made without any yucky ingredients: SCORE!!! One lucky reader will get a fun assortment of some of my very favorite products I’ve used all year (including a variety of dip and quiche)! Lastly, Nancy’s Yogurt, another great company with yucky-ingredient-free products has generously provided a goodie bag as well of fun treats! Nancy’s Yogurt made an appearance recently in my Peaches and Cream Parfait & Apple Pie Crepes. So many fun things, SUCH a fun giveaway! A HUGE thank you to all of my sponsors! Good luck!!

I’d be with my grandmother, who left this earth 10 years ago. Still missing her everyday . . . Thanks for your generosity, btw :)

I would be home with my family – we’ll be with family, but will be traveling to see others besides just immediate family.

I would love to be on a beach somewhere with my family for Christmas. I have always lived where December is very cold so it would be an awesome experience.

It’s not that I want to leave my family on Christmas but my dream is to take my honey to Italy and I’m not sure we can afford it for our honeymoon…so to be able to do that…just once, would be the best gift ever.
