Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter flavored Crisco
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. crushed pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together all ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Watch carefully, they will overcook quickly. Enjoy!
