- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 can shoe peg corn or yellow corn
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 to mato diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 small red onion diced
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- Tortilla chips
