I’ve been itching to make blender salsa for a while now. You know the yummy delicious restaurant style salsa? I have no idea what took me so long! It’s ridiculous how easy it is. It’s especially easy with my Blendtec Designer 625 Blender
. I mean, really, what isn’t easy with the Blendtec? If this doesn’t sell you: Why I Love My Blendtec: Blendtec vs. Vitamix, then I don’t know what will. Need more convincing? Try my How To Make Your Own Flour & Nut Milk series. There’s lots of great recipes there! Or just search ‘Bledntec’ on my site and you’ll get even MORE great recipes!
But I’m not here to sell you on why I love this product (although trust me, I could go on and on and ON about how much I LOVE my Blendtec) I’m here to a) give you this crazy easy and super delicious recipe and more importantly b) give you a chance to win a blender of your very own! Back to the salsa for a moment. While you can add more bells and whistles to this ‘base’ like garlic or special seasonings, I really don’t think you’ll need it. It’s darn near perfect as is! My philosophy? The few the ingredients is sometimes the better. Less headache. Less mess. Less time. Boom.

I would make so many smoothies! Yum!

I would make a green smoothie. I currently have to thaw my frozen fruits before making a smoothie because my blender isn’t powerful enough to handle them frozen!

My kids love salsa, so I’m pretty sure that would be the first thing I’d be making.

Thanks Yvonne for this opportunity. ?. If I won this Blendtec, the first thing I would make is a super green smoothie. I make them sometimes now but they don’t get as smooth as I would like in my regular blender. I would go on a smoothie blendtec bender. Lol
Cheers, Shari
