Single Serve Charcuterie // Sometimes you don't need an appetizer or a snack to feed a crowd. Sometimes you just want enough for one - this 'recipe' is just that, perfect single serve portion of the yummiest meat & cheese board! | Tried and TastyI’m so excited to share this post with you! If you know me at all, you know how much I love cheese. In fact for a recent get together with some friends we decided to do a charcuterie board – which is essentially a fancy word for a spread consisting of sliced meats and cheeses. We each were given assignments for what to bring and we were supposed to split the cheese selections between all of us… however once I got to the grocery store I ended up buying #allthecheese and spending a bajillion dollars. While it was an incredible spread, I certainly can’t afford to do that often. That’s when I came up with the idea of a ‘single serve’ charcuterie board. It’s budget friendly and yet hits the spot in the most perfect way!

While the options are endless, I decided to keep things super simple. The highlight? French’s Dijon Mustard. Although French’s is known for its iconic Classic Yellow mustard, did you know that it also has a deliciously bold tasting Spicy Brown mustard AND a smooth & creamy Dijon? It’s the go to gourmet mustard that adds a touch of class and creativity to your cooking and takes average to brilliant. It married the crackers with the meat so well together like they were a match made in heaven. Here’s the basic run down. You’ve got your salty with the crackers, you’ve got your tangy with the pickles and olives, and you’ve got your sweet with the fruit. Select your favorite cheeses and meats, then tie it all together with French’s Dijon Mustard.
