Caramel Pecan Knots

Ingredients
  1. 8 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold
  2. 3/4 cup pecan pieces
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 3/4 cup heavy cream
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Roll each roll into a 10-inch rope and tie in a knot. Set aside and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  2. Spread pecans over the bottom of a sprayed 10-inch round baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pecans.
  3. Carefully pour cream over sugar and pecans. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
  4. Remove wrap from rolls and dip each one into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place in the round baking pan, putting one in center and 7 around the outside.
  5. Cover with the sprayed plastic wrap again and let rise until double.
  6. Remove wrap, Bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto serving platter.
