This is one of those ridiculously easy recipes that doesn’t really need a recipe but at the same time it’s kind of nice to have one. There’s a restaurant nearby that has the most amazing rolls and raspberry butter. I’m talking life-changing raspberry butter AND melt-in-your-mouth rolls. My husband LOVES the butter. One year I even made a special trip (about 45 minutes away) just to pick up a to-go container of it for his birthday! When I saw the yummy post over at my friend Jesseca’s site, I knew it was the perfect base for my raspberry version. In fact, I was actually able to get a taste of her Cinnamon Honey Butter a couple of weeks ago, and boy is it delicious. Because my husband loves the raspberry butter so much I figured it would be the perfect pair to our Holiday Dinner Rolls. It was indeed fantastic. I actually needed to physically remove the rolls and butter from my sight before I ate the entire batch (of both!).
Raspberry Honey Butter
You will truly be delighted with this Raspberry Honey Butter! Spread it on a warm roll and you'll be in heaven.
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter softened
- 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2-2 tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
Instructions
