I’m on a cookie kick! I haven’t made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for YEARS!!! If you’re looking to switch things up from the ‘ole boring chocolate chip cookies, may I suggest this killer Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe? The dough to this cookie soooo good – you won’t be able to keep your hands out of it! No need to double your batch, these cookies make enough for you, your family, your friends AND neighbors!
One of my favorite Saturday afternoon activities is to whip out my Bosch mixer (that I absolutely couldn’t live without) and make a batch of my favorite cookies. Although I have too many favorite recipes to name, these rank high on the list. I gather my favorite kitchen tools including my cookie sheet, Silpat, and cookie scoop – then get right to work! These babies will be ready in no time and would make a perfect family activity!
