Macaroni Salad // If you love a good tangy macaroni salad with great flavors and textures, this is the macaroni salad for you. It's got all the elements you'll love all in one place. | Tried and Tasty I LOVE macaroni salad!!! I know I’ve mentioned this before, but I sure do love when people share their recipes with me. Just like I enjoy sharing mine with you! Kristy has sent me over a handful of her delicious favorites and I’ve posted every single one I’ve tried on here. They include the Swiss Bacon Dip, Chicken Flautas, and Chicken Enchiladas. She also gave me this and it’s simply wonderful! Perfect for a BBQ or family get together. It was pretty easy too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Macaroni noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cooked salad shrimp optional
  • 2-3 green onions chopped from top to bottom
  • 1/2 can olives finely chopped
  • 2-3 celery sticks chopped
  • 1 pkg. 16 oz Farmland fully cooked, cubed ham
  • 1 pkg. Kraft Monterrey and Colby jack cheese cubes
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. miracle whip

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Rinse, cool and set aside. 

  2. Add shrimp, chopped green onions, finely chopped olives, chopped celery, cubed cheese, mayo and miracle whip. Stir together until well combined.
