It wasn’t until recently that I’ve been discovering that there is life outside of just a “green salad”. This Japanese Chicken Salad is a unique and delicious. I’ve taken it to a couple of parties and everyone has loved it. My mom loves it best after a day or two, but I think it’s only good the day it’s made!
