For someone who claims to not enjoy spicy foods, I sure share my fair share of jalapeno recipes! Goodness. It started way back when with my Jalapeno Poppers, then went to the oh so delicious Jalapeno Popper Dip, the Stuffed Jalapenos, Candied Jalapenos, Pepper Jelly, and most recently the Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich (to name a few). Phew. I’m starting to wonder if I may have outgrown my spicy food intolerance. Actually. I still don’t love super spicy foods, but I have gotten to the point where I can handle a little big of heat. Within reason.
May is National Burger month and I couldn’t have loved it any more than I did. The first week of the month I debuted ‘burger week’ where I shared five days worth of tasty burgers. The week started off with the Queso Blanco Cinco de Mayo Burger, then the Mouth Watering Tasty Reuben Burger, followed by the wildly popular Guacamole Bacon Burger, delicious Sautéed Mushroom & Swiss Burger with Caramelized Onions and ended with the Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burger! But that wasn’t all, I also shared with you one of my new favorites: the Swiss Turkey Burger!! Additionally, I shared a plethora of hamburger bun recipes along with some delicious sides. National Burger Month = Success.
Today I’m excited to share with you a burger that I have been looking forward to for weeks now. After seeing just how delicious my Swiss Turkey Burger was, I wanted to take it to the next level and add a little bit of jalapeno popper topping. But wait – I’m in LOVE with all things mini. So I was extra excited when the idea for sliders came to me. Watch the video to see just how fun these little babies are!

Loved the video and that’s a great idea to cook it on foil!

Thanks Amber! It can get sticky sometimes so I love that it helps keep everything nice and clean and orderly :)
I love your videos. I’ve had turkey burgers on my list for a while.Do you think Dax would like them? (minus the jalapenos)
Yvonne
Thank you! Without the topping I don’t know that he’d be able to tell too much difference between a turkey burger and a hamburger. Both juicy. Both delicious!
Love everything about this!! I love your videos so much. The music works perfectly, too. Can’t wait to try these sliders!!

Thanks Alli! I have a lot of fun making them! The music makes the vid for sure :)
