Between cheese and bread, I don’t know which one I couldn’t live without more! When I found these I was SO excited!!! Why? Because they are MINI – and I love all things mini! These little dazzlers are perfect for any party or get together. They are super fast to whip up and the perfect appetizer. I used chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, fresh parsley, and sesame seeds as my coatings. I tried finely dicing red bell pepper, but that didn’t work so well. I served them with Triscuits and Ritz (both were good!)

Variations:
Prepare as directed, using one of the following options: festive wreath: alternately arrange different flavored truffles in a large circle on platter to resemble a holiday wreath.
