It’s football season! I’m gonna be honest with you. I know absolutely nothing about football and I never watch it. I do however eat football food. I’m certainly not going to resist that. What am I? Crazy? Isn’t the super bowl coming up soon? That’s what I’m most excited about. Food & commercials. What’s on your menu? Have you thought of that yet? I’ll definitely be serving this Football Spinach & Artichoke Dip. First of all: HELLO how cute is this edible football?? Second of all: TWO ingredients folks. Two. La Terra Fina to the rescue. Does it get any easier than this? Well maybe if you bought something like this instead of making it, I’m sure that’s easier. But it’s a whole lot more fun to make yourself.
All you need is some puff pastry and La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip. Voila. Super fun! Spinach and artichoke is one of those classic combinations that EVERYONE loves. It’s perfect with veggies and chips – which are great game day snackables. Where I plan to have a good spread of options, it’s nice to have recipes like these that come together with little to no effort and look great on the buffet of snacks and treats. I’ve been seeing football shaped foods popping up all over the internet. People are seriously creative. I decided a great way to serve this football dip would be over a bed of spinach – you know? Like grass.. err… turf! However you serve it, it will be delicious. Let me know what’s on your menu. I’m always looking for more fun ideas to switch things up at my house. I better get planning that party. The super bowl is only in a matter of weeks! Happy snacking!
