Steve and I have been trying to buy a new type of meat each month’s grocery shopping trip, just to switch things up. Stew meat isn’t necessarily a “new” type of meat – but it’s new to us. I was inspired by Ker to make this Crock Pot Beef Stew, she treated me to a Pork stew that was delicious, which made me remember that deep in the freezer I had stew meat of my own! The best part about this is it is a crock pot meal. Prepare it and forget it. Well, with the wonderful smell wafting throughout the apartment it’s hardly easy to “forget” it. I love waking up to a wonderful smelling crock pot meal!
