It’s crazy easy and soooo much better for you (than microwave popcorn). In fact, several years ago I read an article on the Food Babe titled: Why Microwave Popcorn Is An Absolute Healthy Nightmare. Since reading that I have yet to put one single kernel of microwave popcorn anywhere near my mouth. I just won’t do it. Instead I do air popped or stovetop cooked. In keeping with my IKEA dining and entertaining series, I thought it would be fun to give you this idea for an adult movie night. Definitely check out these previous posts in the series: Vanilla Rosemary Lemonade, Edible Gift In A Jar: Vegetarian Five Bean Soup Mix, How To Build The Perfect Cheese Board, Dinner Party Guest Invite: How To, Healthy Beet & Feta Salad, Fluffy Whole Wheat Parmesan Garlic Rolls, Simple & Modern Centerpiece Ideas, How To Fold A Napkin and Parmesan Roasted Turkey.

I made some coconut oil popcorn and served it up in my IKEA BLANDA BLANK Stainless Steel Serving Bowl and cuddled up on my IKEA TIDAFORS Corner Sofa With Arm Left covered by an IKEA OFELIA Gray Throw. It was a recipe for success! Lets back up for a moment shall we? I love that this is a three ingredient recipe. Don’t you? When I went to Expo West back a few months ago I met San Francisco Salt Co. They were kind enough to send me over some awesome samples of some of their gourmet salt. I’m a HUGE salt fan. For this recipe I decided to use the Himalayan Pink Salt and it was wonderful. If you’re interested in checking them out, be sure to hop over to their Instagram, Twitter or Facebook Page. I’ve loved what I’ve tried so far and can’t wait to continue exploring all the delicious flavors!
