If you’re looking for something ridiculously easy to throw together for a special breakfast, brunch, ladies get together, holiday, or just any darn time you want to – this. This is the tart for you. This Caramel Apple Tart first appeared on Princess Pinky Girl but I just couldn’t not share this with you as well. When I made my Honey Almond Poached Pear Tart I thought to myself ‘where has this been all of my life?’ Switched things up a bit and voila this baby was born! I took this to work when it was my rotation for treats and it was gone in no time flat. It’s that good people. I’m telling you.
Only a few ingredients and a little less than an hour (with prep, baking and cooling) you’ll be well on your way. When it comes to making and taking desserts I always get nervous.. I know what you’re thinking. Me? Nervous. Yep. In fact, every time I make something for others I get nervous. I worry that it won’t be as good as I think it will and I’ll be embarrassed. 9.5 times out of 10 it’s smooth sailing. When it is I see the emoticon ‘praise hands’ in my head. This Caramel Apple Tart? Double praise hands!
