Breakfast Casserole // Tried and Tasty

Breakfast Casserole // This is a great dish for those weekend breakfast times when you've got a little extra time and want something a little more special. It's easily customizable and very tasty! | Tried and Tasty I’ve always enjoyed breakfast casseroles but for some reason I only have them once maybe twice a year. Usually the once a year falls on Easter – we have a breakfast potluck at church and I will always get this :) Funny that the first time I make it for myself I didn’t even follow a recipe! Booyah, this turned out fabulous and soooooo delicious! It was the perfect balance of everything. Steve and I don’t ever buy hash browns so I decided to try shredding potatoes with my FAVORITE kitchen appliance, my Kitchen Aid food processor and they shredded marvelously! Can’t wait to try this for my family, I know they will love it too!

    Hi Yvonne,
This is my first time to your blog–I found it while looking for an Easter potluck photo for our church bulletin! This recipe looks so good; we’re having an Easter Sunday potluck and I just might take this! You’ve got other very tasty-looking recipes on this page tempting me to look around. I’ll be back to do that. :)
