You may or may not know of my breakfast obsession. It’s hands down my most favorite meal of the day and I enjoy it morning, noon, and night! If you haven’t snagged your copy of my free eBook 10 Superfoods for Breakfast: Super Fast, Super Easy, Super Tasty! I definitely recommend it. While I have a good handful of granola recipes already for you I wanted to try something a little different. I’ve been a fan of Bare Snacks for a while and love their apple chips (in fact, you can find them in my Honey Apple Granola recipe), recently I was sent the new baked no-oil banana chips and I couldn’t wait to create a simple, healthy & delicious recipe.
This is probably my simplest granola recipe yet and one of my favorites. These banana chips are SO good! Get this. There’s only ONE ingredient in there. Bananas. That’s IT! Wild right? Let me fill you in on the long list of reasons I think these are amazing and totally check out as one of my approved products: they are baked (not fried), there’s no added sugar, they are fat-free, non-GMO project verified, contain no oil, are gluten free, and 100% natural. Pretty rockin right? I added them to this super simple granola for the perfect base to a breakfast parfait that would be perfect on the go. Make a batch of this at the beginning of the week and have a nutritious breakfast all week long.

Where can I find yogurt chips? I love them when they are in trail mix, but haven’t seen them at the store to buy! Also, this granola?! I’m dying over how much I want to eat some right now!

I got my yogurt chips at Whole Foods – I know sprouts has them too! You should make this when you find some!
