Banana Bars // A delicious breakfast or dessert when you're in the mood for something other than banana bread! Serves a crowd and easy to throw together. | Tried and Tasty

Banana bread is good, but banana bars are better! What makes these little dazzlers as delicious as they are is the finger licking good frosting! Hot dog, how about that frosting?! My mortgage trainer introduced me to these. She a fabulous baker! We had training for two consecutive weeks (in which I surely gained a few lbs) where she would daily bring in marvelous treats. This was one of my favorite. Oh yeah, and I LOVE how moist they are!

Recipe Notes

[My 2 Cents]
For a healthy alternative, substitute whole wheat flour for regular flour. I used the whole wheat flour for the full 2 cups, but in the future I would use half whole wheat and half all-purpose flour, the whole wheat tends to be a lot drier. You can hardly tell the difference and they will be a little better for you.
