Pineapple Banana Breakfast Smoothie // Looking for a great smoothie for breakfast? Try this fruity combo that is cool, refreshing, and delicious! | Tried and TastyThe internet is SO distracting! I’ve been trying to get this post live for at least three hours and I somehow keep getting caught up in YouTube. In fact, have you seen the video of Adele Carpool Karaoke? The other night that video was the first of a full on YouTube carpool karaoke binge watch sesh. James Cordon is pretty darn talented and so much fun to watch. I was nearly sucked into the vortex AGAIN tonight and I keep having to pull myself. This smoothie recipe has been patiently waiting to be shared since the beginning of the week. So here we are! Pineapple and orange are such a fantastic combo! Have you seen or tried my Banana Orange Breakfast Smoothie? It’s crazy easy to blend together and just your all-around good old fashioned smoothies.

I’ve been posting mostly green smoothies for the past couple of weeks so I’m throwing a curve ball at you with this pineapple banana goodness. Mostly because I have another fun recipe for you early next week and needed this one to use with it. I already can’t wait to share that with you. I’ll give you a little update on the 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge and how things are going so far. Well. We’ve missed a couple days. Or maybe a few. But we’re not quitting. In fact, as soon as I’m done here I’m going to go blend up todays smoothie. It’s hard to stay on top of it when you’ve got a lot of other things going on, but it’s important to make a priority – so we’ll press on. For now, enjoy this new delicious blend!

    Hi Yvonne,
What a lovely recipe you’ve shown us here. Mixing banana with pineapple is quite an idea. As for the yogurt – FYI they might call it Greek, but it actually originates from their neighboring country Bulgaria. Been there once and tried some home made farmer’s yogurt – a truly exquisite taste. Anyways, keep up the good work :)

I never knew that, what a great little bit of information. My husband makes yogurt fairly often – I’d love to try the home made that you had. Thanks for being a reader!
