OK, so how many of you are still going strong with your new year’s resolutions? I’ll be honest. January flew by in a hurry for me and I didn’t even have time to blink at my resolutions. I tell you what, time better slow down. There’s always so much going on… so I’m re-starting my resolutions in February! To help keep me on track, I’m going to continue to stick with my healthy no-sugar rule! When I slip up, it’s hard to find my way back. Having delicious healthy alternatives on hand makes it so much easier to stick to my plan.
Not only does this tart not have any added refined sugar, it’s no bake! Not only is this tart no bake, it’s only five ingredients! Have I sold you yet? You can pull this baby together in no time flat. It would make the perfect dessert for your Valentine’s day, or heck – it’s delicious any day of the year. Want to know some funny insider info? I bought these cute tart pans years ago… and this is my first time using them! If you follow me on Instagram, you saw that this last weekend I was organizing my food props and things, it was fun to pull these little Tart/Quiche Pans and use them! I used Noosa Strawberry Rhubarb for my yogurt, you are welcome to use whatever is your favorite! I love Noosa!
5-Ingredient No Bake Strawberry Tart
- 3/4 c. dates chopped
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. walnuts
- 8 oz yogurt choose your favorite
- 2-4 Strawberries
In a food processor or blender, combine dates, rolled oats, & walnuts until crumbly mixture.
Divide mixture in half & press in a small (4-5 inch) non-stick tart pan. Spoon in half of yogurt in each tart. Top with desired number of strawberries.

Have a wonderful day dear. xo, Catherine
Catherine, you are just too sweet! Thank you so much! No bake + healthy = perfection! Enjoy your day as well!
What a great tart! I love the yogurt and strawberries and the fact it is only 5 ingredients!
Five ingredient or less recipes are the best! So happy you like it!
these tarts look incredible, and I bet my entire family would love them, even the kids but the nutrition info on the side does not look right at all
Totally, great for the whole family! The nutritional information is only an estimate – but it’s actually pretty close to accurate. The dates, walnuts, & yogurt are pretty high in calories. The dates and walnuts of course are healthy fats – so the calories in this particular instance don’t really equate to say.. a candy bar. The yogurt you chose will determine your calories there – I chose my fav, which is a little higher in sugar – can easily be swapped for greek or plain yogurt to save calories there. For me though, if I’m going to have a treat – I’d much rather have this healthy treat with good fats and natural sugars! Anyway.. long answer, hope it helps!
These are sooo cute!! :)
Yes! This is perfection. I love that it is healthy and I know it will taste absolutely perfect! Pinned and shared!
Oh thank you so much, it’s perfectly healthy & wonderfully delicious all in one! Thanks for pinning!
