If you were to ask me what one of my weaknesses were I would immediately think: bread. I love, love, love bread. A lil too much. The best part about the recipe is that Rhodes does all of the hard work for you. All you have to do is thaw, tie, dunk, roll, and bake. So simple. My husband thinks the parmesan stinks. I don’t think it stinks. Do you? Once baked, these little bites are heavenly and smell amazing. Try it. You’ll love them!

12 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 c butter, melted
Roll each roll into a 9-inch rope. Tie in a knot. In a bowl, combine cheese, parsley and garlic salt. Dip each knot in melted butter and then in cheese mixture. Place in a sprayed 12 cup muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
[My 2 Cents]
I didn’t use the Texas rolls, I just used the regular white rolls and they worked just perfect!

These look great! I love parmesan knots.
I love the “tie, dunk, roll, and bake” instructions ! ture it’s an easy one! And no, this Italian gal doesn’t think the parmesan stinks lol….but I know what your hubby means. They look perfect- thanks for sharing this one!
These look delicious!! Printing this one off too!
Just a side comment, I love your printing options! Being able to take out selected portions (like the pictures) really helps save paper. I have never seen options like that on any other site. I usually have to copy & paste what I want into a document and then print. Your website is the best!!
