These tortilla roll ups are an awesome appetizer. This is my friend Angela’s signature potluck item. You know how everyone has a signature item? That one thing they are known for and almost always bring to the party? This is hers! It’s so tasty, easy, and quick.
Tortilla Roll Ups
These tortilla roll ups are a great finger food that everyone will love - perfect for a baby shower, bridal shower or gathering of friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip
- 2 c. 16 oz. sour cream
- Lunch meat
- Carrots shredded
- Red pepper diced
- Green pepper diced
- Sprouts
- Tomato
- Cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions

Prepare ranch dip according to package directions. Spread a thin layer of ranch dip on each tortilla. Then layer with remaining ingredients in the following order: meat, cheese, then veggies. Roll up and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Cut into small pinwheels, chilled.
