Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was a little weary about the oil in this recipe, I have never used so much vegetable oil in a cookie recipe. To my surprise – they turned out wonderfully! Crispy, crunchy, and delicious!

If I cannot have a peanut butter cookie the next best is an oatmeal cookie- and these were fabulous. Moist, yummy and they make you feel like you are eating something healthy.
