I love when people share their recipes with me. I’m always looking for new things to try and I was very excited to try this Chicken Bacon Pizza. One of my favorite restaurants is the California Pizza Kitchen. What I love about it is their non-traditional types. This was a keeper (and also reminds me of one of my favorites from Papa Murphy’s)! To lure Steve in a bit, I decided to do a wheat crust – which wasn’t too bad, I used half white flour and half wheat in the recipe and it turned out great.
Chicken Bacon Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 2 slices turkey bacon cooked
- 1 can chicken breast packed in water drained
- 1 c. Spinach
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. mozzarella
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Prepare pizza dough (or use a store bought crust). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce and then top with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.
