These are so easy and such a quick yummy treat! I decided to coat the cereal twice with the powdered sugar though to achieve the look that’s on the cereal box. Fun treat to take to a bbq, family party, or work

9 c. Chex cereal, any flavor or combination
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Into a large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In a small saucepan melt together butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter until smooth, careful not to overcook. Pour into a 2 gallon re-sealable food storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake well until well coated. Spread onto wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
