Oh. My. Heck. (Yes, I’m from Utah) This is why I LOVE Cafe Rio!!! Wend and I always order the same thing: sweet pork tostada with black beans and EXTRA dressing
Now I can make it anytime I want – could I ask for anything better?
1 1/3 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
4 tbsp. salsa verde (green salsa)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. tobasco sauce (optional)
Juice of 1 lime
Milk to thin it out
Mix together in a blender. Done.
[My 2 Cents]
I personally don’t think 4 tbsp. of salsa verde is enough, so I usually put in a bit more – but adjust as you feel necessary!
