I love Pampered Chef! I get annoyed though, when I buy something from them and then see the knock off later at WalMart that I could have bought cheaper! Anyway, that has nothing to do with this recipe – other than this is from one of their cookbooks. This is so good and in my opinion so much better than traditional tacos. This dish has been a hit every time I have made it, without fail. It is so easy, and so very declicious. Try it, you’ll see!

2 pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 lb. ground hamburger
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 tomato
Lettuce
Sour cream
Olives
Salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger meat in skillet until cooked. Add taco seasoning and follow directions on back of packet. Add refried beans and set aside while you prepare the crescent to rolls. Unroll crescents and lay side-by-side forming a circle. Drop hamburger mixture by heaping spoonfuls on center of crescents. Fold over crescents creating a “ring”. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Chop tomatoes and lettuce. Serve warm with desired toppings and enjoy.
[My 2 Cents]
Before baking in oven, sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top. Then when it’s finished baking you will have a nice browned “cheesy crusted” ring.
