For those of you with kids these will surely be a hit! Even for the adults, they are so simple and WAY better than the frozen chicken strips you buy and throw in the oven. The dip for them is good, just be sure not to use too much honey, the amount the recipe says is the perfect portion – otherwise it is too sweet!

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. dry minced onions
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. crushed buttery round cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
Sauce:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
Preheat oven to 425. In a shallow plate or bowl combine 1 c. mayo, onion, and mustard. Mix together and set aside. In a separate shallow plate or bowl combine the cracker crumbs and sesame seeds. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips. Dip chicken strips in mayo mixture, then in sesame mixture to coat. Place coated strips in a single layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until juices run clear. Mix together mayo and honey for the sauce in a small bowl and serve with chicken strips.
