Poppyseed Chicken

I’ve made this dish on several occasions. Once, when Steve and I had my family over for dinner. Once for a special bridesmaid thank-you dinner. Another occasion for friends. Another time for Steve’s graduation dinner. Each time it was a success, and everyone raved about it!

Source: My friend, Beth

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. poppy-seeds

Preheat oven to 350. Cook chicken in a 9×13 dish until done; about 40 minutes. Shred chicken. Add soup, sour cream, poppy-seeds, and crushed crackers. Mix together. Sprinkle crackers on top. Add small cubes of butter on top. Bake 30 minutes.
