These chocolate chip cookies are to die for! I often struggled with making perfect chocolate chip cookies. They were either too dry, too flat, too greasy, or just not good. Until I met Stef, I didn’t know there was a recipe out there that would really work. I remember visiting her at college and she would make these delicious cookies. They would be gone so fast! I began to request them almost every time I saw her, until she was ever so generous to share her recipe with me. I thought just like every other recipe I tried to make, these wouldn’t turn out either. But they DID and they are wonderful. Many good times have been centered around these “famous” cookies.

Recipe Notes
[My 2 Cents]
I learned that it is important not to grease the cookie sheet. Because of the grease in the recipe and the grease on the pan, the cookies will likely spread and result in having flat cookies. There are enough oils in the dough to prevent them from sticking to the pan.
